Chicken Recipes

Seriously, chicken would have to be one of the cheapest and budget friendly meats on the market.  I know at the time of writing that our local butcher often sells legs and wings at only $1.50/kg.  When you need about 2kg to feed a family of men, that's a pretty cheep (pardon the pun) meal.

 There's lots of ideas - this list will grow!  One of our favourites would be how to use a whole chicken 4 ways to feed a family of 3 (or 4).
